Amanda is a certified psychiatric nurse practitioner trained to diagnose and treat mental health disorders by prescribing medications and providing psychotherapy.
She received a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Cincinnati and a master’s degree in nursing from The Ohio State University. Amanda also received a bachelor’s degree in history prior to starting her nursing career. Amanda has been a nurse since 2006 and a nurse practitioner since 2010. She has practiced in a variety of settings including Veteran’s Health, oncology, hospice and psychiatry. She is interested in treating those with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, grief and PTSD. Amanda is licensed by The Ohio Board of Nursing.
