Kimberly is a licensed professional Clinical Counselor with a supervision designation and a Licensed Social Worker in the state of Ohio. She has the ability to diagnose and treat a wide range of mental health disorders using therapeutic interventions.
She obtained her Doctoral Degree in Human Services with a specialization in Counseling Studies from Capella University in 2012. She also holds a Masters Degree in Counseling and Bachelors degree in Social Work both from Youngstown State University. She has extensive experience working in inpatient, outpatient, and partial hospitalization in mental health and Substance abuse facilities working with children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples. She specializes in trauma-informed care, solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral and motivational interviewing to address many issues including anxiety, depression, PTSD and self-esteem issues.
