Megan is a licensed independent social worker with the training to diagnose and treat a wide range of disorders using individual, family, and group interventions.
Megan received her master’s degree in social work from The Ohio State University. She was a case manager for victims of human trafficking and commercial sexual exploitation, led group therapy, oversaw operations for a local social services agency, and provided individual and family therapy as well as crisis intervention prior to coming to Providers for Healthy Living.
Her clinical strengths include providing family-center and trauma-based interventions, crisis intervention, motivational interviewing, CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), DBT (dialectal behavior therapy), solution focused, and attachment theory.
